What We Offer
Care built around your child
Every family's plan starts with a real assessment, not a template. From there, our team builds the right mix of support around your home and your goals.
In-Home ABA Therapy
One-on-one sessions delivered in the environment your child already knows, so skills transfer to real life, not just the therapy room. Session length and frequency are individualized based on your child's treatment plan, not a fixed package.
BCBA Assessment & Planning
Comprehensive assessments lead to a treatment plan written in plain language, so you always know what we're working on and why. This is the starting point for every family, regardless of which services follow.
Parent Coaching
Practical strategies you can use between sessions, taught by the same clinician who knows your child, not a generic handout. The goal is a family that feels confident handling everyday moments, not just relying on session time.
Home-School Collaboration
For families already working with us, we collaborate with everyone on your child's team, teachers, other providers, and family, so there's one comprehensive approach instead of skills practiced in disconnected places. This runs alongside your existing services at no separate intake.
Community Connections
Small-group experiences where kids practice the skills they're building in therapy alongside peers, in the places they'll actually use them.

The logistics families ask about first
Ages We Work With
We work with children and young adults from early childhood through age 21, with eligibility extending through age 26 where applicable.
Diagnoses & Referrals
Insurance-funded ABA services generally require a documented diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder. Referral and authorization requirements vary by insurance plan. Our team will verify your benefits and let you know exactly what documentation is needed before services begin.
Payment & Insurance
We accept most major commercial insurance plans, Medicaid, and private pay. Reach out and we'll confirm coverage details for your specific plan.
Service Area
We offer all of our family services, in-home and beyond, across a growing service area. Staffing varies by location, so reach out and we'll let you know how we can help in your area.
How It Works
From first call to your first session
1. Reach out. Submit the contact form or call directly. This is a real conversation, not a form that disappears into a queue.
2. Free intake call. We talk through your concerns, your goals, and what services might fit before anything is scheduled.
3. Assessment. A BCBA conducts a comprehensive assessment and builds a treatment plan specific to your child, not a template.
4. Sessions begin. You're matched with your care team and services start, based on what the assessment points to.
Our Story
Started by a clinician who wanted better for families
TGS Behavioral Services, part of The Gregarious Sprout family of companies, was founded on a simple belief: children grow best when therapy fits their real life, not the other way around. Every plan we write starts with the family in front of us, not a template pulled off a shelf.
Our clinicians stay current on the science, communicate in language families actually understand, and treat every session as a chance to build a skill that matters outside the therapy room.
